The apartment was so spacious and bright, with a king size bed, two single beds, a private pool, and a balcony offering a stunning view of the city or sea. It felt like a luxurious retreat, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

I found the maid's room a bit unnecessary for my stay, but I can see how it might be useful for some guests.

I recently stayed at Arjaan by Rotana in Media City for a week-long vacation with my family and friends. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, offering a nice view. The spacious room had all the necessary facilities and the wifi worked excellently. The manager, Fiyaz, provided a warm welcome and gave us all the information we needed. The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfect for our needs, and the location near the marina was convenient, with a metro stop right next to the hotel.

I do recommend this hotel.

We loved how this place was located behind the restaurant, making it a quiet area in Media City. The service was impeccable, with room service available 24 hours, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The amenities provided, such as soundproofed rooms and a garden with seating furniture, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond our expectations, especially when the manager surprised us with a birthday cake and card in the room during our stay.

The staff at Arjaan By Rotana Dubai Media City was extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for easy and inexpensive travel throughout the city. I was also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a huge suite.

We enjoyed several amazing features of this hotel. First, its transportation was easy to access, with a tram stopping right next to it, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The location was also perfect being in a quieter district of the city, yet still close to everything. The hotel facilities were really good, with a heated plunge pool, a beautiful lobby, and an excellent restaurant. Plus, the breakfast provided a good variety of food, and the staff was accommodating and cute.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel provided a free room upgrade upon my arrival, a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for attending a concert at the nearby amphitheater. The lobby's unique design gave a great first impression.

The food was delicious and the staff was attentive. The lunch buffet had a great variety of dishes and the restaurant and concierge staff were very helpful and trustworthy. The swimming pool was a nice feature and the room service was quick. It was convenient to have a supermarket available on-site for any additional needs.

The noise from outside, particularly the vehicles, was quite loud and disturbed the peace and quiet of the stay. The location was not that great and it was difficult to access the hotel by car.

Close to shopping malls, tourist attractions, modern cafe, duplex layout, elegant design, trained staff.

I loved every moment of my stay, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Definitely a hotel worth recommending.

I missed having access to a business center for urgent printing and scanning needs during my stay.

Large, clean apartments with great amenities including an infinity pool. Arabic-style decor throughout adds to the luxurious feel. Good location near the beach and plenty of dining options. Fantastic breakfast options.

Our stay in the luxurious Premium Suite with a temperature controlled plunge pool was pure bliss. The magnificent view overlooking the sea and Palm Jumeirah made our family getaway truly special.

My kids wished for a kids' club to keep them entertained.
